Common questions about our pricing

Is the price you list what I actually pay?+
Yes. Our retainer is the management fee — no hidden percentage of ad spend, no setup fees, no surprise add-ons. Ad spend itself goes directly to Google/Meta from your account.
Can I switch plans later?+
Anytime. Most clients start on Growth and move to Scale once they're ready to push spend up. You can also downgrade if you need to slow things down.
What happens if I cancel?+
30 days' notice is all we ask. You keep your ad accounts, landing pages, creatives, and dashboards — everything we built for you. Clean handover, no drama.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?+
No. Most agencies in India still do a 10-20% cut of your ad budget — which means they make more when you spend more, even if performance gets worse. We charge a flat retainer so our incentives are aligned with your results, not your spend.
Is there a setup fee?+
No setup fees on Starter or Growth. For Scale, we sometimes charge a one-time onboarding fee (₹50k) for complex tracking + multi-account setups — but only if it's genuinely needed and we'll quote it upfront.
